A flexible and dynamic layout supports different work modes. Loud Zones foster collaboration and idea generation, while Quiet Zones provide space for focused work, alongside areas for teamwork, meetings, relaxation, and social events.

Spanning three levels, the office connects seamlessly to outdoor spaces and panoramic 360-degree views of the mountains and city.

At the heart of the project is Planet Schwarz, a community-driven business incubator designed as a stage for innovation, bringing together diverse professionals and hosting events on education, sustainability, innovation, and technology.
