Engineered to appear as if it floats, the structure houses a private office, meeting area, and flexible event space. Its openness frames uninterrupted views of the sea, establishing a calm dialogue between architecture and nature.

The deep blue hues of the water flow inward through a richly woven carpet, crafted from eco-friendly fibres made of recycled fishermen’s nets, reinforcing the project’s environmental consciousness.
